Audit Logs

The audit logs module records all operations performed in the system, allowing you to track who did what and when.

Recorded Information​

For each operation, the log contains:

  • Date/time — Exact moment of the operation
  • User — Who performed the operation
  • Action — Type of operation (Creation, Edit, Deletion, Write-off, Transfer, etc.)
  • Entity — Which record was affected
  • Details — Previous and new values (when applicable)

Filters​

  • Period — Start and end date
  • User — Filter by specific user
  • Action — Filter by operation type
  • Entity — Filter by record type

View Details​

Click on a log record to see the full details of the operation, including values before and after the change.

Permission

Audit logs are accessible only to administrators (Platform Administrator, Company Administrator and Enterprise Administrator).
