Projects

The project register allows you to associate assets with specific company projects, facilitating investment control by project.

List​

View all projects with:

  • Code
  • Description
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Status (Active/Completed/Canceled)
  • Number of associated assets

Register Project​

  1. Click + New Project
  2. Fill in:
    • Code — Project identifier code
    • Description — Project name
    • Start Date — Project start date
    • End Date — Expected completion date (optional)
  3. Click Save

Edit Project​

  1. Click on the desired project
  2. Change the necessary fields
  3. Click Save
