Login and Authentication

Access to Assetvio Ativo Imobilizado is performed through secure authentication via Vizya Identity Server.

How to access

1. Open the system URL provided by your company
2. You will be redirected to the login screen
3. Enter your username or email and password
4. Click Sign In

First access

On your first access, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.

1. Open the invitation email
2. Click the Set Password link
3. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers)
4. Confirm the password and click Save

Password recovery

If you forgot your password:

1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your registered email
3. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password

Access profiles

The system has the following profiles:

Profile	Description
Company Administrator	Company management, users, suppliers, species, makes and models
Enterprise Administrator	Full enterprise management, audit and assets
Analyst	Day-to-day operations, registers, exports and reports
