System Navigation

Assetvio Ativo Imobilizado has an intuitive interface organized in side menus and a top bar.

Top Bar (Header)​

In the top bar you will find:

  • Theme — Light and Dark mode
  • Screen mode — Full screen and Normal
  • Language — Language selector (Portuguese, English, Español)
  • Notifications — System alerts and notices
  • Profile — Access to profile settings, documentation, About page and logout

Side Menu (Sidebar)​

The side menu is organized by modules:

Operations​

Day-to-day features for asset management: registration, write-off, transfer, stop depreciation and period management.

Classifications​

Classification tables that organize assets: accounting accounts, business units, cost centers, locations and auxiliary tables.

Registers​

Complementary registers: projects, write-off reasons and asset categories.

Reports​

Managerial and operational reports for asset analysis.

Exports​

Data export in different formats (Excel, CSV).

Audit​

Audit logs and tracking of operations performed in the system.

Settings​

General company settings, accounting areas and notifications.

  • Use the ☰ icon to collapse/expand the side menu
  • The breadcrumb at the top of the page indicates your current location
  • Most lists have search, filters, pagination, export and bulk import features
