Report Information
For each asset, the report displays:
- Asset code and description
- Accounting account
- Business unit
- Cost center
- Location
- Acquisition date
- Original value
- Depreciation rate
- Accumulated depreciation
- Residual value
- Status
Available Filters
- Period — Reference date for the report
- Accounting account — Filter by specific account
- Business unit — Filter by unit
- Cost center — Filter by cost center
- Location — Filter by location
- Status — Active, Written Off or All
Export
The report can be exported in:
- Excel (.xlsx)
