Business Units

Business units represent the organizational divisions of the company to which assets are allocated.

List​

View all business units with:

  • Code
  • Description
  • Number of associated assets
  • Status (Active/Inactive)

Register Unit​

  1. Click + New Unit
  2. Fill in:
    • Code — Identifier code
    • Description — Name of the business unit
  3. Click Save

Edit Unit​

  1. Click on the desired unit
  2. Change the necessary fields
  3. Click Save

Deactivating a business unit does not affect existing assets, but prevents new assets from being associated with it.
