Accounting Areas

Accounting areas allow you to segment assets into different accounting contexts within the same enterprise.

List​

View all accounting areas with:

  • Code
  • Description
  • Status (Active/Inactive)

Register Accounting Area​

  1. Click + New Accounting Area
  2. Fill in:
    • Code — Identifier code
    • Description — Name of the accounting area
  3. Click Save

Edit Accounting Area​

  1. Click on the desired accounting area
  2. Change the necessary fields
  3. Click Save

Accounting areas are used to separate accounting controls within the same enterprise, for example: Corporate, Fiscal and Managerial.
