Models

The models register allows you to record asset models, linked to makes (e.g.: Dell Latitude 5520, Toyota Hilux).

List​

View all models with:

  • Code
  • Description
  • Associated make
  • Number of associated assets
  • Status (Active/Inactive)

Register Model​

  1. Click + New Model
  2. Fill in:
    • Code — Identifier code
    • Description — Model name
    • Make — Select the associated make
  3. Click Save

Edit Model​

  1. Click on the desired model
  2. Change the necessary fields
  3. Click Save

Import and Export​

The list supports import (xlsx_import) and export (xlsx) via Excel spreadsheet for bulk loading of models.
