Asset Categories

Asset categories allow you to group assets by type, facilitating organization and search.

List​

View all categories with:

  • Code
  • Description
  • Number of associated assets
  • Status (Active/Inactive)

Register Category​

  1. Click + New Category
  2. Fill in:
    • Code — Identifier code
    • Description — Category name (e.g.: Machinery, Vehicles, Furniture, IT Equipment)
  3. Click Save

Edit Category​

  1. Click on the desired category
  2. Change the necessary fields
  3. Click Save
