The balances by account report presents the financial summary of assets grouped by accounting account.

Report Information​

  • Account code and description
  • Number of assets
  • Total original value
  • Period depreciation
  • Accumulated depreciation
  • Residual value
  • Period movements (acquisitions, write-offs, transfers)

Available Filters​

  • Reference period — Base month/year
  • Accounting account — Filter by specific account

Export​

The report can be exported to Excel (.xlsx) and PDF.
