The total depreciated report presents a summary of accumulated depreciation of assets, grouped by classification.

Report Information​

  • Classification (accounting account, unit, etc.)
  • Number of assets
  • Total original value
  • Total accumulated depreciation
  • Total residual value
  • Depreciated percentage

Available Filters​

  • Reference period — Base date for calculation
  • Grouping — By accounting account, business unit or cost center
  • Accounting account — Filter by specific account

Export​

The report can be exported to Excel (.xlsx) and PDF.
