Imports

The import module allows you to load large volumes of assets and data in batch using spreadsheets.

Available imports

Import Type	Description
Assets	Add or update assets in batch
Write-off	Write off multiple assets at once
Transfer	Transfer assets in batch

How to import

1. Go to Operations → Imports
2. Select the import type
3. Download the template (model spreadsheet)
4. Fill in the template with the data
5. Upload the filled file
6. Click Process Import

Template fields

Each import type has its own template. Download the specific template for the desired operation to ensure the columns are correctly filled in.

Import validation

Before processing, the system validates:

• File format (must be .xlsx)
• Required columns
• Field formats (dates, numbers, codes)
• Reference data (if categories, accounts and other classifications exist)

Validation errors are displayed in a detailed report. Correct the reported errors and re-import.

History

All performed imports are available in Audit → Import History, with their status (success, error, partial) and detailed log.
